By the end of the sharpening process, participants will have advanced as Jesus-centered leaders in the following ways:

Increased confidence to discern God’s guidance and make wise decisions that align with identity and purpose

Incorporated Jesus-centered rhythms and practices to live and lead with freedom, focus, courage, and resilience

Clarified a sharpened focus for the coming season of life and leadership

Equipped to repeat the sharpening process at the beginning of a new season or endeavor

What sets Sharpened™ apart:

Jesus-centered: grounded in Scripture and facilitated by Christian leaders.

Short-term: focused on your next season of life and leadership.

Active:  learning, dialogue, reflection, and work on your personal plan occur each session. No assignments are required between learning gatherings.

Informal: encouraging interaction at your comfort level.

Intergenerational learning: welcoming leaders from their 20s to 60s
