Sharpened™ is a two-month personal leadership development process for you to be sharpened as a
Jesus-centered leader, emphasizing:

Sharpened identity and purpose.

Sharpened discernment and decision-making.

Sharpened courage and resilience.

Sharpened freedom and focus.

Sharpened™ Format


Dates, Times and Resources:

Cohort 1 – Full

Cohort 2 – April 23 – June 11, 2025
Registration closes March 31, 2025

Eight 90-minute Virtual connections with Arrow facilitators on times TBD.

Access to a Learning Portal for tools and resources.

Optional self-directed personal reflection between virtual connections.

Post-program optional one-hour virtual coaching session to sharpen your personal development plan. (July 2025.)

Online registration by March 31, 2025, to ensure a good fit.
