Leadership Workshop: Beating Burnout as a Jesus-centered Leader with Greg Neville

Burnout affects far more than just our work, it impacts our relationships, health, and overall well-being. It can drain us physically, mentally, and spiritually, leaving us disconnected from ourselves and others. In this workshop, we’ll explore why it’s essential to recognize and address burnout, and how learning to lead ourselves through it can help us show up as our best selves – in life, work, and faith. Join us for a powerful introduction to understanding burnout and beginning the journey toward the life God intended for you.

Greg Neville is a facilitator at Eagle’s Flight bringing nearly two decades of experience developing leaders and teams. Greg is passionate about helping leaders navigate some of the most difficult times of their lives, and helping businesses, individuals and organizations reach their targets. He has experience providing 1:2:1 executive coaching for leaders both in Ireland and in North America from a range of sectors including the Charity or non-profit sector, Education, Faith-based, Finance, IT, and Marketing. He currently serves as a church Pastor and is responsible for helping with the development of their leaders and providing leadership coaching. Greg lives with his wife Ruth and their three children in Northern Ireland.
