Designed with principles and practices from Arrow’s 25 years of leadership development experience, Leading Together is an intentional one-year leadership development journey for leaders to be led more by Jesus, to lead more like Jesus, and to lead more too Jesus.
One hallmark of the Arrow Leadership Program is the belief that transformation often happens best in the context of a special type of community. Leading Together captures this value with a an emphasis on a safe, but not soft, community – where leaders can be real and know that everyone is ‘for’ them. In this small group context, leaders will develop together as they focus on the five integral pillars of Leading Together: learning exchange, scripture meditation and memorization, peer consulting, rhythm of life leadership plan, and peer mentoring.
