North America is in the midst of a leadership crisis. Across every sphere, we continue to see leaders not leading with clarity, courage, and, most importantly, without a Jesus-centered approach to life and leadership. However, thousands of leaders have been called by God and positioned in strategic Kingdom-advancing roles that are desperate for development. Arrow leadership has been standing with these leaders for thirty-two years, and we believe it is time to reach even more.
Move for Leaders 2024/2025 is an opportunity to Move with a Purpose. It’s a campaign that encourages leaders who are ready for development, ready for more, and ready to courageously advance the Kingdom to take physical action. This year, as you walk, cycle, run, swim, hike, or paddle, we invite you to do it in partnership with Arrow leadership. This campaign will help position even more leaders from multiple spheres to have their greatest Kingdom impact and provide them with the foundation of Jesus-centered approach to life and leadership for decades to come.
