Tarra Wellings

I serve with Arrow as the director of operations and have been a part of the Arrow team since July 2003. I love project management, information management, people and culture and numbers. I am passionate about leadership development, and I love using my gifts to equip and empower others to reach their full potential for God’s glory.

I recently completed the Arrow Leadership Program™, Executive Stream with Class 56. Even after serving with Arrow for many years, my life and leadership were deeply impacted. I want to continue to lean into an authentic community of women leading for God’s Kingdom and see them encouraged and equipped for courageous leadership.

Michael Rose

My name is Michael Rose, a graduate of Arrow Class 50 and currently lead pastor of a country church in Geneva, Ohio. I’ve served in full-time vocational ministry for 20 years based in Asia for 13 of those as an International Church Pastor, Member Care Specialist and consultant to various NGOs. Some of my greatest joys come from walking alongside those on the front lines of living and loving like Jesus. As part of a uniquely amazing LEC group of brothers for more than two years, I have gained trusted advocates who sharpen one another and speak life into where it’s needed most. I can’t wait to lead a new group of leaders in a safe but not soft environment, spurring one another on as we serve Jesus together.

Rose Lynn Alexander

Hi, my name is Rose Lynn Alexander. I have been married over 30 years and we have two children ages 21 and 16. I run Isaiah’s Call ministry, and my passion is soul care. I am an alumna of the Arrow Leadership Program™, Executive Stream with Class 43. Through Arrow, my leadership was challenged in a “safe but not soft” environment, and that is why I am excited to be a part of the Leading Edge Cluster.

In this cluster, we will be examining spiritual formation and the spiritual disciplines that help to cultivate a deeper relationship with God by becoming more intimately aware of God’s voice and God’s presence in life. We will meet on the 4th Thursday of every month from 1-3 pm (ET).

Steve Brown

I currently serve as the president of Arrow Leadership but have spent many years in ministry serving in local church, denominational, parachurch and marketplace roles. My goal is to equip leaders to cultivate spiritual vibrancy, develop healthy and holy character, grow deep relationships and leverage their leadership for maximum impact. I am also thankful to be an alumnus of the Arrow Leadership Program™.

I consistently see the incredible value of “safe but not soft” space, new connections and shared wisdom in Leading Edge Clusters. For many participants, this gathering is the one time each month when they feel safe and are poured into.
