We have an annual rhythm of an Emerging Stream class launching in late spring/early summer, an Executive Stream class launching in late fall/early winter, and two cohorts of our virtual program Sharpened that launch in January and September. Sharpened™ is a two-month personal leadership development process to be sharpened as a Jesus-centered leader, emphasizing: Identity, Purpose, Discernment, Decision-making, Courage, Resilience, Freedom and Focus. These cohorts are all virtual, a 90 minute per week commitment for 8 weeks. Class size is 30-40 participants.

The Arrow Leadership Program™, Emerging Stream is a year and a half long leadership development program designed to be done alongside full time ministry or work. It is a combination of virtual and in-person gatherings covering material that helps leaders be led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus, and lead more to Jesus. The Emerging Stream is great for leaders age 25-40 who have some experience and are ready for development. Class size is limited to 25 leaders.

The Arrow Leadership Program™, Executive Stream is a year and a half long leadership development program designed to be done alongside full time ministry or work. It is a combination of virtual and in-person gatherings covering material that helps leaders be led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus, and lead more to Jesus. The Executive Stream is great for leaders age 40+ who have seasoned experience and are leading larger teams. Class size is limited to 25 leaders.
