I serve with Arrow as the director of operations and have been a part of the Arrow team since July 2003. I love project management, information management, people and culture and numbers. I am passionate about leadership development, and I love using my gifts to equip and empower others to reach their full potential for God’s glory.
I recently completed the Arrow Leadership Program™, Executive Stream with Class 56. Even after serving with Arrow for many years, my life and leadership were deeply impacted. I want to continue to lean into an authentic community of women leading for God’s Kingdom and see them encouraged and equipped for courageous leadership.
My name is Michael Rose, a graduate of Arrow Class 50 and currently lead pastor of a country church in Geneva, Ohio. I’ve served in full-time vocational ministry for 20 years based in Asia for 13 of those as an International Church Pastor, Member Care Specialist and consultant to various NGOs. Some of my greatest joys come from walking alongside those on the front lines of living and loving like Jesus. As part of a uniquely amazing LEC group of brothers for more than two years, I have gained trusted advocates who sharpen one another and speak life into where it’s needed most. I can’t wait to lead a new group of leaders in a safe but not soft environment, spurring one another on as we serve Jesus together.

Hi, my name is Rose Lynn Alexander. I have been married over 30 years and we have two children ages 21 and 16. I run Isaiah’s Call ministry, and my passion is soul care. I am an alumna of the Arrow Leadership Program™, Executive Stream with Class 43. Through Arrow, my leadership was challenged in a “safe but not soft” environment, and that is why I am excited to be a part of the Leading Edge Cluster.
In this cluster, we will be examining spiritual formation and the spiritual disciplines that help to cultivate a deeper relationship with God by becoming more intimately aware of God’s voice and God’s presence in life. We will meet on the 4th Thursday of every month from 1-3 pm (ET).
My name is Taylor Belt, and I am a proud alumnus of Arrow Emerging Class 50! I have been in full-time church ministry for 15 years as a worship pastor. My family and I recently moved back to Texas from Vancouver, WA, and I am serving at the North Pointe Church in northeast Dallas. I am currently participating in an amazing Leading Edge Cluster and we are in our third year! The LEC program has been a gift from the Lord that I could not have anticipated. In many ways, my LEC journey has been just as impactful as my Arrow class journey. I am looking forward to leading an LEC in the next year. I am seeking to lead a group of men who are currently serving in a church pastor role. I desire for others to have a rich experience in an LEC community that will build them up and make them stronger servants in the Kingdom who are led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus and lead more to Jesus! I love the Arrow ministry!
Hi, my name is Rob Sellitto, and I am an Arrow Class 42 alumnus! I have been in church and parachurch ministry for 20 years, serving people in churches and marginalized communities. I am passionate about helping people know the difference following Jesus makes and want to see more people led to Jesus.
I have just transitioned to working with Canadian Baptist Ministries, a global missions organization, after serving in a church in Ottawa for almost ten years as their lead pastor. I have been married for 19 years and have two teenagers at home. I have been part of an LEC for three years and am so grateful for the community. Arrow and my LEC experience have been foundational in my faith and life, and I hope to serve emerging leaders who are passionate about seeing more people led to Jesus in a “safe but not soft” community.
I currently serve as the president of Arrow Leadership but have spent many years in ministry serving in local church, denominational, parachurch and marketplace roles. My goal is to equip leaders to cultivate spiritual vibrancy, develop healthy and holy character, grow deep relationships and leverage their leadership for maximum impact. I am also thankful to be an alumnus of the Arrow Leadership Program™.
I consistently see the incredible value of “safe but not soft” space, new connections and shared wisdom in Leading Edge Clusters. For many participants, this gathering is the one time each month when they feel safe and are poured into.

I currently serve on the Arrow team as director of engagement. I spent my first 15 years of leadership in the Church and continue to have a deep love for her. I was part of Class 26 of the Arrow Leadership Program™ and have committed my life to the development of Jesus-centered leaders. I am thankful to be able to lead an LEC to help leaders keep Jesus at the center of who they are what they do. If you are looking for an LEC for all ages and all genders, I’d love to have you.

I am wired for personal, community and organizational development and committed to activities that encourage, strengthen and develop Christian leaders. It is such a privilege to come alongside leaders for this purpose as director of programs with Arrow Leadership. One of my favorite activities is to connect, learn and pray together with other women on the journey of life, faith and leadership, supporting one another through a Leading Edge Cluster experience.

Hello, Arrow friends. My name is Curt Erb. I serve with Arrow on the programs team and do some coaching and church consulting as well. The majority of my ministry has been serving the church in youth, worship, outreach and leadership development roles. My Arrow journey was highly significant to me, and I’ve found it inspiring to serve as a Leadership Partner with a number of Arrow classes. Creating a space for leaders to connect, learn and be challenged and supported by each other is life giving to me and fulfills my personal calling.
