We are looking for leaders who are ready for a highly personal, intentional and transformational leadership development experience.
In 2012, over 130 Christian leaders representing more than 20 denominations, 25 organizations and 10 countries participated in the Arrow Leadership Program in North America.
Our Emerging Stream is a catalyst for Christian leaders who are serving as pastors or with parachurch ministries and seeking to sharpen their calling, deepen their character and develop their competencies.
Our Executive Stream is designed for executive leaders (any age) serving in non-profits, church settings or the marketplace with intentional focus on personal, team and organizational leadership.
