Volunteers are critical to the ministry of Arrow. In fact, a key priority of our staff team is to resource, equip and encourage dozens of volunteers who serve in a variety of capacities:
- Volunteers invest deeply in Arrow participants through monthly mentoring
- Volunteers impact the spiritual realm and leader transformation by regularly praying for the ministry
- Volunteers guide the ministry forward through service on our board
- Volunteers assist our staff team in the area of administration
