The Mentoring Connection:

Are you looking to facilitate mentoring within your church or ministry context? Arrow Leadership has been at the forefront of the leadership mentoring initiative for the last 18 years. The Mentoring Connection is a powerful, yet straightforward resource to develop mentoring relationships in churches and ministries.

This 3.5-hour workshop is designed to equip and encourage people in the local church to intentionally invest in others through mentoring. Participants explore models of mentoring and their roles in this legacy ministry. A mentoring workbook is provided which includes 23 follow-through challenges to continue engaging participants in the learning process even after the workshop is over. With over 80 trained facilitators (all of them Arrow alumni) across North America, there is certain to be one near you!
