The Division of Leadership Services builds intentional relationships with Christian organizations, churches and businesses in the creation and implementation of transformational leadership resources that will strengthen current leaders, create a pipeline of future leaders, and entrench the value of biblical leadership throughout the organization. Our primary work is two-fold: with alumni and the organizations they serve, and with a number of strategic partners with whom our team works closely in the development of organization-wide leadership development.

Our unique partnerships with churches, Christian organizations and mission organizatons allow us to provide Jesus-centered and results-oriented consultancy, world-class training and coaching, biblical teaching, strategic resources, and organizational/leadership development to ministries and ministry leaders who are seeking to partner in transformational leadership and organizational development. Often the organizations we serve creatively partner with Arrow in one or both of our Leadership Development Programs - The Arrow Leadership Program for Emerging Leaders, or the Arrow Leadership Program for Executive Leaders.
