Division of Leadership Services: Fees and Costs

Arrow Leadership has been gifted with an incredible community of investors and partners who continue to ensure that the Arrow Leadership Programs are both world-class in their content and context and affordable for those who serve in ministry positions.

The Division of Leadership Services exists to extend our impact and support of Christian leaders and their organizations. As such, while we have posted fees, we remain available to assist leaders and organizations as they have ability to pay. Our values insist that we provide excellence at a fair cost. Furthermore, Arrow Leadership also values “giving it away” – meaning that we believe the kingdom is expanded as Christian leaders equip and empower others by freely giving the gifts, resources, and insights that God has given to them.

Typical fees:

• Per Diem for consulting or training: $1200 ($2000 with Carson Pue).
  *This fee includes normal preparation for a day of consulting. For extended research or preparation, there will be an hourly fee negotiated beyond this.
• Workshop Fee: $350 for 3.5 hours; $1000 for most “off the shelf” full day workshops
• Coaching: Hourly by phone - $150; Monthly by phone (3-4 times/month) - $400
• In Person consultation: $250 Hourly or $650 per half day
• Phone consultation: $150 Hourly
• Administrative costs: $30 Hourly

Arrow has successfully developed a number of ongoing consultative partnerships. These partnerships provide an ongoing relationship with clients to provide consistent support in the strategic development of leadership development initiatives and effective team building. The Division of Leadership Services team would gladly speak with you about how to create such a relationship with your organization. Such partnerships often incorporate the use of the Arrow Leadership Program into the consultative relationship to fast-track leader development and spur effective leadership at all levels of the organization.
