Every one of the 1400 graduates world-wide have been mentored and coached by one of our team members. Our assessment center has provided specific personalized feedback to each of the leaders we work with, and we have had the unique opportunity to integrate that comprehensive information into our ongoing approach in leader development. Our team has intensively worked with many of North America's top Christian leaders to strengthen every area of their lives - spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and relationally. Our focus is wholistic, as we work with leaders to develop professionally and personally.

Our coaching is informed by our intentional approach to leadership development. Every individual we work with is provided with a personalized and unique 360 degree assessment. Through the use of Arrow's own tools, and other assessment tools that are more widely known, each leader is given a snapshot that then allows our coaches to work creatively with the leader to develop an individualized leadership development plan that will help them to overcome obstacles in their personal and professional lives and live up to their full potential in Christ. Furthermore our coaches provide valuable feedback along the way, and the encouragement required for a leader to devise effective action plans and capitalize on their gifts and strengths.
