Arrow Leadership Program
Fifteen years ago, Leighton Ford launched a vision to intentionally invest in the training of emerging Christian leaders through the Arrow Leadership Program. Arrow was established with the belief that leaders who shape the Kingdom and the world cannot be mass-produced; they are sharpened and polished one by one into effective leaders who fulfill their God-given calling.
Following Jesus’ example of investing in a chosen few who would provide leadership for his revolutionary movement, Arrow has invested in and trained over 1,100 leaders and has grown to seven countries worldwide.
The primary objective of the Arrow Leadership Program is:
To develop Christian leaders in churches and Christian organizations throughout the world, so that they might be led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus, and lead more to Jesus.
By building our model from the foundation of Jesus as the ultimate leader of leaders, we believe Christian leadership is so much more than charisma, a title of influence, or a position of power. Christian leadership starts with God's call, requires godly character and engages specific competencies.

There are two streams of the Arrow Leadership Program - one for emerging leaders (25-40 years) and another for executive leaders (based on positional leadership). Emerging Leader Stream
Designed for proven Christian leaders (25-40 years old) who are serving in church, denominational or parachurch ministry, this stream focuses primarily on personal, pastoral and ministry leadership. Understanding God's unique call for your life and ministry, cultivating depth of character for a lifetime and developing critical competencies for missional leadership are all key elements of this stream.
Designed for proven Christian leaders (25-40 years old) who are serving in church, denominational or parachurch ministry, this stream focuses primarily on personal, pastoral and ministry leadership. Understanding God's unique call for your life and ministry, cultivating depth of character for a lifetime and developing critical competencies for missional leadership are all key elements of this stream.
Executive Leader Stream
Designed specifically to meet the practical, personal, and organizational leadership needs of Christian CEO' s, senior executives, marketplace leaders and executive pastors. The Executive stream specifically focuses on practical training in organizational leadership. This is more the 'business side" of organizational leadership with training modules built around strategic organizational leadership and effective Christian management themes.
