What difference does the Arrow Leadership Program make in Leaders?
Leaders considering investing in their development, and investors who are looking at financially supporting the ministry of Arrow Leadership ask this question. So let me make a few comments on the results of a leader completing the Arrow journey.
Graduates want to be the leader God desires them to be combining gifts and calling and stirring throughout their character. They are able to put a finger on the critical pulse of their church, ministry or organization. They can operate in a high performance environment and inspire a team to go beyond expectations
Arrow graduates catch their leadership stride with fresh alignment of vision, values and skills.
