While each day at Arrow is uniquely crafted to match learning objectives, provide times of group or one-on-one interaction and reflection – here are some aspects that you could expect to be a part of a typical day at an Arrow residential:
Worship and Devotional.
Highly interactive training sessions designed to increase your knowledge and develop you through training. Case Studies, interactive learning, simulations and group work provide multiple opportunities to apply and test learning and skills development.

Arrow is well known for the quality of food service that we deliver through our host facilities. Join discussion tables, hear from fellow executive leaders during meal time updates, or enjoy time with peers, mentors or trainers. Meal times matter at Arrow!
Most early afternoons are set aside for personal reflection, leadership cluster meetings, or one on one coaching sessions with Leadership Partners. Our choice locations always provide stimulating opportunities for hiking, quiet reflection or recreation.
Further training, a guided case study or a learning experience.

Leadership Cluster times provide opportunities for your peer cluster to meet to discuss a case study, reflect on the day of learning, problem solve with one another through peer coaching or participate in times of prayer.
Relax, enjoy a latte, and socialize with fellow leaders, Arrow staff, trainers and our Leadership Partners. Find a quiet corner with another leader, join a game of pool, enjoy a movie, or get away for some alone time.
