Dates, Locations and Details
Time Commitment
This stream takes 15 months to complete. Leaders complete required readings, assignments, and mentoring throughout the 15 months, and experience three week long training residentials.
- Pre-residential: 3 hours for assessment inventories, plus engagement with a cohort of 5 others through 360 degree feedback.
- Residentials: 3 five-day residential training experiences
- Between residentials: 1 hour for monthly coaching, whatever time is needed to complete your personal leadership development plan (you govern the time requirements here), 4-6 hours to meet with your leadership cluster of peers
- Approximately 4 books per residential are recommended but not required reading (unless you opt for the Doctor of Ministry path).
Dates and Locations
Each of the three residentials are five days long. A Board chair, or other guest is invited to 2 days of the second residential and spouses or key supporters to 2 days of the third residential. The dates and locations for the next Arrow Leadership Program for Executive Leaders are:
