Candidate Criteria

The Executive stream is designed for CEO’s and key executives of Christian non-profit organizations and large missional churches. Each class is a combination of four key groups of Christian leaders:

1. Individuals in positions of executive leadership with Christian non-profit organizations. (i.e. executives in NGO’s, denominations, parachurch, education or missions organizations).
2. Senior or Executive Pastors of large missional churches.
3. Individuals from the business world who seek to take up leadership positions in Christian non-profit organizations.
4. Emerging executives who are already engaged in senior management roles in Christian non-profit organizations and may be succession candidates.
