Arrow Leadership Program Finance Policy

In seeking to be good stewards of both financial resources and the limited number of leader spaces in an Arrow class, the following policies guide all program participants. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 for the Emerging Stream or $1000 for the Executive Stream is required to confirm a leader’s participation in the Arrow Leadership Program.
  • All fees are payable in quarterly installments scheduled over the duration of the program as per the payment schedule each leader receives.
  • The first scheduled payment is due 30 days prior to the start of the first residential. Failure to meet this obligation may mean Arrow’s cancellation of the leader’s participation in the program.
  • Leaders with outstanding balances upon their final seminar week will not officially graduate or be able to seek transfer credit from Arrow until the balance is cleared.
  • If a leader is unable to continue participation in their Arrow class, they must notify Arrow in writing as soon as possible and indicate:
    • Their desire to seek to transfer to another class of the Arrow Leadership Program and make up the required residentials and requirements. Under this option, fees payment will stay on the schedule of their original class timeline.
    • Their withdrawal from participation in the Arrow Leadership Program. Under this option, the leader is responsible to pay 50% of their remaining fees on the schedule of their original class timeline. Failure to complete the program will require repayment of any fees-reduction individually awarded.
