The Arrow Leadership Program - Emerging Stream extends learning over time through four five-day residentials over two years.

Personal 360 Degree Assessment Process

A proven combination of psychological instruments and leadership inventories provides honest and objective feedback to aid self-awareness and developmental focus.

Practical Leadership Training

Proven Christian leadership specialists communicating from real-life leadership experience and a solid biblical worldview provide dynamic modular training on issues of critical importance for 21st century leadership.

Three Layers of Mentoring

A gifted on-site mentor, trained local mentor and peer leadership cluster provide prayerful care, wise counsel and loving challenge to enable each leader to personally process their learning and develop long-lasting networks.

Customized Personal Leadership Development Plan

Each Arrow leader develops a customized leadership development plan to intentionally guide, focus and measure progress during the Arrow journey and beyond.

Academic Standing

Significant academic credit toward a Doctor of Ministry degree is offered by Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Acadia Divinity School. In addition, Wheaton College Graduate School offers significant credit and tution discount toward their Master of Arts in Evangelism and Leadership. Masters-level transfer credit is also available through many other seminaries across North America.
