Significant academic credit towards a Doctor of Ministry degree is offered by Gordon-Conwell Seminary and Acadia Divinity School. Masters-level transfer credit is also available through many other seminaries across North America. Please contact the Arrow office for more information.

3. What is the time commitment for Arrow?
The Emerging Leader stream requires a total of four weeks over two years. Attendance at all four seminars is mandatory. Participants complete assignments before each residential (reading several books and completing reflective papers & projects). The program also includes scheduled meetings with mentors once a month (2-4 hours) and with peer clusters every two to three months (4-6 hours).
