Dates, Locations and Details

Time Commitment

This stream takes 24 months to complete. Leaders complete required readings, assignments, and mentoring throughout the 24 months, and experience four week long residentials.

Pre-residential: 3 hours for assessment inventories, reading approximately 4 books, completing 3-4 practical assignments
Residentials: 4 five-day residentials
Between residentials: 2-3 hours for monthly mentoring, reading approximately 4 books, completing 3-4 practical assignments, 4-6 hours to meet with your leadership cluster of peers

Dates and Locations

Classes for the Emerging stream of the Arrow Leadership Program, comprising twenty-four selected leaders are formed each year. Residentials generally run Sunday through Friday. Key Supporters are invited to join two days of the fourth residential which includes a module on Relationships of a Leader as well as the Arrow Graduation Banquet.

We are always taking applications as new classes start on a regular basis. The dates and locations for the next classes are as follows:
