Dates, Locations and Details

Time Commitment

This stream takes 24 months to complete. Leaders complete required readings, assignments, and mentoring throughout the 24 months, and experience four week long residentials.

  1. Pre-residential: 3 hours for assessment inventories, reading approximately 4 books, completing 3-4 practical assignments
  2. Residentials: 4 five-day residentials
  3. Between residentials: 2-3 hours for monthly mentoring, reading approximately 4 books, completing 3-4 practical assignments, 4-6 hours to meet with your leadership cluster of peers

Dates and Locations

Classes for the Emerging stream of the Arrow Leadership Program, comprising twenty-four selected leaders are formed each year. Residentials generally run Sunday through Friday. Key Supporters are invited to join two days of the fourth residential which includes a module on Relationships of a Leader as well as the Arrow Graduation Banquet.

We are always taking applications as new classes start on a regular basis. The dates and locations for the next classes are as follows:
