Candidate Criteria
We are not looking for just any leaders. Arrow looks to pour into the lives of a select few men and women serving in church, denominational and parachurch ministry. These dynamic leaders are:
- proven leaders with potential, not potential leaders;
- Kingdom seekers, not empire builders;
- anointed, not simply interested;
- gifted, not average;
- authentic, not superficial;
- relevant, not cliché;
- teachable, not just knowledgeable.
Qualified Applicants:
- Are between 25 and 40 years of age
- Are committed to Jesus Christ and demonstrate consistency with the teaching of Scripture
- Are proven leaders in a church or para-church ministry (minimum 1-2 years of experience)
- Have significant potential for further leadership growth
- Are supported by their supervisor and spouse (if married) to enter into the commitment of the program
- Have some post-secondary education; Arrow leaders usually have an undergraduate degree
- Have a desire for mentoring and significant personal assessment
- Are committed to the required readings and assignments
