Candidate Criteria

We are not looking for just any leaders. Arrow looks to pour into the lives of a select few men and women serving in church, denominational and parachurch ministry. These dynamic leaders are:

• proven leaders with potential, not potential leaders;

• Kingdom seekers, not empire builders;
• anointed, not simply interested;
• gifted, not average;
• authentic, not superficial;
• relevant, not cliché;
• teachable, not just knowledgeable.

Qualified Applicants:

• Are between 25 and 40 years of age
• Are committed to Jesus Christ and demonstrate consistency with the teaching of Scripture
• Are proven leaders in a church or para-church ministry (minimum 1-2 years of experience)
• Have significant potential for further leadership growth
• Are supported by their supervisor and spouse (if married) to enter into the commitment of the program
• Have some post-secondary education; Arrow leaders usually have an undergraduate degree
• Have a desire for mentoring and significant personal assessment
• Are committed to the required readings and assignments
