Arrow Leadership Program
Executive Leader stream (18 months to complete, three five-day residential seminars)
Emerging Leader stream (24 months to complete, four five-day residential seminars)
The program begins with a personal assessment process that includes a proven combination of psychological instruments and leadership inventories as well as 360-degree feedback.
A highly gifted and trained Leadership Partner provides personal and confidential mentoring for each Arrow leader during each seminar week. Each Arrow Leader also connects monthly with a mentor/coach for on-going mentoring as well as quarterly with a smaller group of Arrow peers for prayer, accountability and networking.
Based on the personal assessment process and leadership partner coaching, each Arrow leader develops a customized leadership development plan to guide growth during the Arrow Leadership Program and beyond.
Regular readings, practical assignments and structured experiences are an integrated component of the Arrow experience.
The Arrow Leadership Program receives advanced standing from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary as part of an integrated Doctor of Ministry degree through the Charlotte campus.
