Why are 1600 Leaders interested in being accepted into the Arrow Leadership Program?
In October 2006 Brenda Pue: Director of Program Integrity and Recruitment reported that her team are currently in contact with 641 leaders concerning upcoming Arrow Leadership Program classes. One year later that number has increased by 1000.
Why all the interest? Well, Lawrence Matthews in his book “Leadership: Hope For Family and Church” begins to explain.
We live in one of those historic moments when the forces of rapid change, and the social crises that accompany them, cry out for maturity and informed judgment. A recurring theme is the need for clearer understanding of the problems and effective leadership to address them.

Christian organizations, and even their leaders themselves know that without investing in the development of leadership the entire organization can become fragile.
Arrow Leadership has been focussed on developing such leaders since the vision became clear in 1991. The proof of effectiveness is shown in the over 1100 graduates and the dynamic impact they are making for the sake of the Kingdom.
Arrow also keeps high standards. It is not for everyone - but it is for those whom the Lord is calling to step up to the leadership calling in their life. We are constantly seeking proven leaders who are ready for the experience of going deeper in their personal leadership life. In the same way that each of our leadership programs recognize individual leadership pland for every leader - Brenda and her team treat every one of these 641 with love, care and discernment as they provide information and talk to them about their own development needs.
"Many Christian leaders are helped simply by talking with our team members," says Dr. Carson Pue. "We long to point leaders to helpful solutions for their own development. If a leader is not able to be accepted into a current class our team are good about giving some indication of further classes starting or other possible options."
The Lord is calling out men and women to step up to the leadership calling in their life.
