Why are 1600 Leaders interested in being accepted into the Arrow Leadership Program?

Each year, Arrow Leadership is in communication with roughly 1600 leaders who are considering participation in either the Emerging Stream or the Executive Stream of the Arrow Leadership Program.

Why all the interest? Well, Lawrence Matthews in his book “Leadership: Hope For Family and Church” begins to explain.
