Accountability
There was a delivery truck in the Boston area that had a sign on it with a misplaced set of quotation marks. It read: We sell "Integrity." I wondered if that meant they were willing to sell their integrity to the highest bidder? Unfortunately, many people do.
Come and visit the Arrow Leadership office when you are in the Langley, BC area. We would love to introduce you to our team of dedicated staff. As you walk down the hallway you will notice the word "INTEGRITY" hanging there for all to see. Integrity means something to us at Arrow Leadership, and is a clearly stated value.
We are so glad we can say with utter honesty that in all our dealings we have been pure and sincere, quietly depending upon the Lord for his help, and not on our own skills."

Biblical Accountability: There are several ways in which Arrow is accountable - to our Lord, to the leaders we serve, and to all who support us. We see transparency and accountability as an integral part of our faith as Christians. The Bible speaks of this in 2 Corinthians 1:12.
Governance Accountability: Arrow is directed by a Board of Directors who take their role and responsibilities very seriously. An executive committee of the board works with our president between meetings and expert counsel is sought for legal and accounting matters. No staff members are directors of the board, but rather serve at the pleasure of the board.
Financial Accountability: Arrow is firmly committed to good stewardship of funds entrusted to us by our friends and donors. We promise to use your gifts wisely and effectively in Christ's name. We are a registered 501c3 in the United States of America and a registered charity in Canada.
