Our Mission: Developing Christian leaders worldwide to be led more by Jesus, to lead more like Jesus and to lead more to Jesus.

Never before have we faced the breadth of ethical and leadership challenges that lie before us today. Following Jesus' example, Arrow's passion and focus is to intentionally and intensively invest in a few select leaders. We believe that this strategic investment will lead to a ripple effect with exponential impact. Arrow assists these leaders to cultivate the right mix of calling, character and competency.
