Arrow Leadership exists due to a creative network of investors. We don’t like to use the term ‘donor’ as it comes from the Latin word meaning simply “to give”. On the other hand, ‘Investor’ comes from the Latin word meaning “to clothe” – a term rich with significance. The investors who partner with us are not just givers, they cover us. We are cloaked by their gifts of prayer, finances, time, and encouragement.

Our investors are individuals, families, alumni, foundations, and businesses who understand the leverage of financially supporting a small number of leaders. Our investors know that by investing in a few key leaders, the impact for His Kingdom is great. Alumni from the Arrow Leadership Program influence many and actually build the capacity of the people in organizations or churches they serve. Our investors are ‘big’ enough to think ‘small’.
