Since Arrow was formed in 1991, God has been bringing great favor and increase to our ministry to Christian leaders. We are known internationally as a ministry that is used of God to bring transformation in leaders' lives. We also are known as a ministry that has been able to equip, mentor, and graduate leaders who walk in humility, unity, integrity, and transparency. The mission of identifying, networking and developing leaders who will be led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus, and lead more to Jesus has given great responsibility and accountability to Arrow and therefore to each member of our team.

One of our values as a ministry is that everyone involved with Arrow will experience a transformational experience and grow in their spiritual life as a result.

Therefore, before anyone joins the team at Arrow, we desire that they adhere to a qualification and approval process which ensures accountability and confirms their ministry calling. Arrow alumni are among the first to hear about new career opportunities because of our relationship with them.

We will be posting new role descriptions by the end of June 2008 for the hiring of several new positions at the Langley BC office.

Arrow Volunteer Opportunities
Over 135 people currently give of their time as part of the Arrow Team in a variety of roles. These include:

1. Leadership Partners - on-site mentors for our Arrow residential weeks. Arrow does pay for transportation to the seminar and for all lodging and meals.
2. Local Mentors - leaders who are committed to helping others grow. These mentors live usually within 90 minutes of the Arrow leader and commit to meeting once per month for 2-3 hours.
3. Numbers 11:17 Prayer Support - This is the group that prayed Arrow into existence in 1991. Today you can join your prayers with them as the prayer support base for this ministry.
4. Office Support - These volunteers become an extension of the staff in the Arrow offices of Los Angeles and Vancouver and assist in positions that include Special Assistant to the President, Mailing Assistant, Transportation Hosts; Special Event Workers.
