Dr. Foley Beach - Holy Cross Anglican Church

In January 2004 Foley Beach resigned his position as a priest in the Episcopal Church over its departure from Biblical Christianity. He became a priest in good standing in the Anglican Diocese of Bolivia and started a new ministry in Loganville, Georgia called Holy Cross Anglican Church where he serves as the rector and pastor. God has blessed this step of faith as lives are being impacted and transformed with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. After 18th months the congregation had over 50 active ministries and built a new 20,000 sq. ft. building for worship with space for education and administrative needs.

After two and one-half years, Holy Cross now averages just over 400 people in church each Sunday. During the past year the church has sent seven hurricane relief missions to the Gulf Coast and sponsors a full-time missionary for Hurricane Relief. This past summer they sent a mission to Bolivia to share the Good News of Jesus by sponsoring children's activities (such as Vacation Bible School) and by working as medical missionaries in local hospitals. The church has recently launched an Hispanic mission and is sponsoring a new congregation in Athens, GA. The church sponsors Whitefield School of the Bible where students can take accredited courses with the Evangelical Training Association is opening a Preschool Academy in September.

Dr. Beach's radio ministry, A Word from the Lord, has expanded to hundreds of cities in the United States and has thousands of monthly listeners from around the world through the Internet. In addition he writes a monthly article for three local newspapers under the same ministry name.

Asked to describe his last two and one-half years, Foley comments on God's leadership. "I am constantly amazed at what the Lord is doing in my life and the life of our congregation. Our Leadership Team is seeking to be resolute on hearing Him and then obeying. He has truly honored our obedient faith."
