Ric Gilbertson - Christian and Missionary Alliance of Canada

Ric and his wife, Ruth-Anne, serve together as the Canadian Regional Developers for Latin America with the Christian and Missionary Alliance of Canada. What in the world does a “regional developer” do? Well, the first part of the question gives part of the answer… what in the world …. God is passionate about the whole world, especially those places where there are few Christians to share the life-transforming invitation of Jesus. Ric and Ruth-Anne work with a team of 35 career missionaries who are in partnership with Canadian churches committed to ministry “to the outer most parts”. The Gilbertsons help provide the ABCDs for this team: Administration and Big Picture leadership, their organizational hat, as well as the Care and Development of the missionaries, their mentoring and coaching hat. Frequently they may be found traveling in Mexico, Cuba, Venezuela, Guatemala, and Ecuador. Ric greatly values the role Arrow played in helping him serve others.
