Arrow Leadership International Ministries

As part of the Arrow Leadership team, this strategic position will be integral to achieving our wildly important goals. You will passionately lead in the growth of Arrow's ministry by developing innovative marketing campaigns, promotions and events that deliver high-touch Arrow experiences for leaders, alumni, investors, Arrow team members and driving traffic to our website; leading the top-to-bottom implementation of all Arrow branded communication; managing the communication cycle; being the internal champion for the Arrow brand; confidently and diplomatically interacting with cross-functional team members to achieve win-win results; adeptly balancing the creative and ministry priorities for Arrow. Strength in balancing the strategic and tactical elements of the role. Expects to roll up their sleeves and be deeply involved in implementation on a daily basis. Dedicated to consistently delivering exceptional results on time and on budget. Successfully manage budgets for all communication projects.

This position requires an individual with a positive attitude that is driven, creative and resourceful in achieving results. A self-motivated, self-starter, goal-oriented person with high enthusiasm is desired. Has the ability, confidence and diplomacy to implement processes, overcome obstacles and drive programs from beginning to end. We will want your leadership, input and ideas at the table with the senior leadership team as we tell the story of what God is doing throughout the ministry of Arrow.

• BS/BA required, preferred degree in Communications or Marketing.
• Minimum of four (4) years experience within a marketing position and/or pastoral work with direct responsibilities transferable to this position.
• Ideally we would love a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program or unqualified commitment to our vision mission and values.
• A valid passport, agreement with Arrow’s Statement of Faith and Human Resources Policy and a servant’s heart are all required.
• Specific interest in Christian leadership and ministry as well as computer, administrative and relational skills are all important assets for this role.
