Arrow Leadership provides a network for graduates and for other Arrow trainers and mentors. All graduates of the Arrow Leadership Program automatically gain access to the resources available to our alumni. For Arrow alumni, our new emphasis helps to keep you in touch with Arrow and with one another and to retain the sense of community you felt as you went through the program here. Our alumni have the opportunity to shape its future through involvement as mentors, trainers and board members or by helping to set up a new Arrow Alliance country after graduation. For graduates of Arrow, we offer you the opportunity to network with leaders from around the globe who share your Arrow experience, and to access our staff team and stay informed about events organized by Arrow.
