Tarra Wellings - Lead Administrator

Tarra, an Arrow team member since 2003, is the ultimate multi-tasker. At Arrow, she not only manages the office administration and handles the logistics of the delivery of the Arrow Leadership Program but she also provides administrative support to the President's Office. She competently keeps the office running smoothly which in turn provides an appreciated professional work environment for the team. She can often be heard saying, "no worries, it's all good!" as she moves from one end of the office to the other, handling whatever is thrown her way.

Her rich and varied background includes post secondary training in Hospitality and Tourism, and she is currently pursuing training in life and business coaching.

Now that her two kids are grown, Tarra is exploring the idea of hobbies... In the summer you can find her unwinding on the ocean in a kayak or exploring the back roads of BC with her husband on their motorcycle.
