Paul Sailhamer - Senior US Consultant

Paul Sailhamer has had a lifetime involvement with local church and conference ministry. He is a graduate of the Talbot School of Theology and has specialized in mentoring young leaders for over four decades. Paul gives special attention to the US-based class of the Arrow Leadership Program that focuses on an intentionally diverse composite of leaders serving in urban and multi-ethnic settings. This class is the result of a special partnership with the Evangelical Christian Credit Union of Brea, California.

Paul and his wife, Sue, have called Fullerton, California home for 30 years. For 20 of those years Paul served as the Senior Associate Pastor at the First Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton. In 1999 Paul became the founding President of a private, grant-making foundation called, The Servants Trust.
He now works as a ministry consultant with churches and other Christian Non-profits, with a special interest in conference work under the auspices of Pilgrims Projects. Paul has assisted in the planning and direction of national and international conferences and tours with ministries such as Insight for Living, Ligonier, and Grace to You and many others.

The Sailhamer's extended family includes two married sons and five grandchildren who all live nearby in Southern California.
