Brenda Pue, Director of Program Integrity and Selection
In 1994, Brenda had a dream to start Arrow Leadership in Canada. That dream became a reality when Leighton Ford approached Carson and Brenda in 1995 to consider doing so. Brenda began the recruitment process for the first Canadian Arrow class in November 1996 and the Arrow Leadership Program was launched in Canada.
 
Dr. Steve Brown, Vice President: Programming
Dr. Steve Brown serves as the Vice President Programming for Arrow Leadership International Ministries. Beyond Arrow, Steve’s background includes roles in pastoral, denominational, parachurch and business leadership.
 
Aklilu Mulat, Vice President: Finance and Director of African Initiatives
Aklilu has worked in ministry administration for over two decades. He spent many years with Hope International working on domestic and international projects. Aklilu now oversees Arrow’s financial matters, and directs a new initiative starting Arrow in Africa.
 
Dr. Carson Pue, President
Dr. Carson Pue - President, gives leadership to the strategic focus of the ministry. Carson is recognized as a leader of leaders and known through his speaking at ministry leadership conferences, published articles and radio commentaries.

As part of the Arrow Leadership team, this strategic position will be integral to achieving our wildly important goals. You will passionately lead in the growth of Arrow's ministry by developing innovative marketing campaigns, promotions and events that deliver high-touch Arrow experiences for leaders, alumni, investors, Arrow team members and driving traffic to our website; leading the top-to-bottom implementation of all Arrow branded communication; managing the communication cycle; being the internal champion for the Arrow brand; confidently and diplomatically interacting with cross-functional team members to achieve win-win results; adeptly balancing the creative and ministry priorities for Arrow. Minimum Requirements:
  • BS/BA required, preferred degree in Communications or Marketing.
  • Minimum of four (4) years experience within a marketing position and/or pastoral work with direct responsibilities transferable to this position.
  • Ideally we would love a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program or unqualified commitment to our vision mission and values.
  • A valid passport, agreement with Arrow’s Statement of Faith and Human Resources Policy and a servant’s heart are all required.
  • Specific interest in Christian leadership and ministry as well as computer, administrative and relational skills are all important assets for this role.
