Brenda Pue has been focusing her life on helping to grow the next generation of leaders since 1995 when she was approached by Leighton Ford with the vision of starting the Arrow Leadership Program in Canada. She did so acting as the CEO for the startup of the program. Today, Brenda is the Director of Program Integrity and oversees all aspects of Arrow to ensure that we deliver what we say we do - with excellence. She also uses her discernment gift in guiding leaders through the enrollment process and as a teacher/trainer and highly competent mentor.
