Board of Directors
The Arrow Board, as pictured above, includes: Doug Moffat, Jim Williamson, Laurie Barber, Miller Alloway, Laurie Besonen, Pam Braman, Ernie Wouters, Tony Vander Woude, and Gregg Becker.
Arrow is directed by board members who take their role and responsibilities very seriously. An executive committee of the board works with our president between meetings and expert counsel is sought for legal and accounting matters. No staff members are directors of the board, but rather serve at the pleasure of the board. The board of Arrow Leadership is comprised of individuals from both Canada and the US. These individuals each bring a unique background and set of strengths to the Arrow Leadership team.
They also make great sacrifices. They receive no compensation. They often travel long distances, giving up work and family time, to attend meetings. To understand our ministry first hand, they visit with Arrow leaders at our North American residentials and with members of the Arrow Alliance around the globe. The board members know our ministry very well, and, as a result, they have made some lasting contributions to the work of God through Arrow Leadership.
