Emerging Christain leaders face unique challenges:
The process for the Emerging Leader stream takes place over a two-year period during which the participants will:
Will another seminar, another book, do the job?
The Arrow Leadership Programunites these elements into a workable model for helping emerging leaders become polished arrows. It combines mentors, peer clusters, structured leadership experiences, spiritual formation, leadership skills and evangelism training into a two-year on-the-job program.
Focus on Areas That Will Make a Difference in Your Leadership
Reasonable Tuition ~ Reasonable Time Commitment
Tuition
Arrow Leadership is committed to providing quality programs at affordable fees for young leaders. The costs for the Arrow Leadership Program are $16,000 per participant. This includes comprehensive materials, professional assessment evaluation, faculty and staff, as well as four weeks of lodging and meals during the seminars. Each Arrow leader is responsible for covering $8,000 of these costs with Arrow investing an additional $8,000 for every leader we train. There are flexible payment options available which allow leaders to make payments in full (prior to the start of the program), over two or four installments, or on a monthly basis. Each participant will be responsible for books and his or her transportation costs to the seminars. Partial scholarship assistance is available for those with demonstrated need.
Time
The program consists of four one-week seminars over two years. Two seminars are held per year (about six months apart). In addition to the seminars, students participate in a monthly mentor meeting, one half-day peer cluster meeting per quarter and options ranging from 1-6 hours of reading and projects per week.
Earn Advanced Degrees through the Arrow Leadership Program
In cooperation with Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary or Wheaton College, you may use your Arrow Leadership training towards an advanced degree. The Arrow program may be completed as the major component of a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership Development or the MA in Evangelism Leadership. A third year spent on the D.Min. dissertation project, as well as additional fees, are required to complete the doctorate.
What participants are saying about the Arrow Leadership Program...
"Arrow Leadership is a key part of a process in which God is using to develop me towards mature servanthood." Kai Mark, pastor, Richmond Hill, Ontario
"Arrow has helped me by connecting my ministry with other men and women working for the Kingdom. I feel my support base has increased greatly and I feel a much broader vision of the mission field both in and outside America. I am more focused. I am more encouraged." Elizabeth Archer Klein, pastor, Gilroy, California
"If I were to put my Arrow experience into one word, that word would be impact. Arrow has impacted my life, my values, my vision, my relationships and my ministry. Life is not going to be the same anymore - it will be richer!" Adam Nickell, pastor, Flesherton, Ontario
"There has been unprecedented opportunity for me to get to know men of God who have lived (or walked) the road I am walking. There is an intimacy in the group and with mentors which allows for great communication and learning at a personal level. We get to watch, talk to, and learn from men of God, close up." Steve Grant, university evangelist, Portland, Oregon
"Arrow was a life changing time of learning confidence, focus, and passion to bring Jesus to the world." Lorna Dueck, TV broadcaster, Listen Up, Toronto, Ontario
"It has forced me to do much soul searching. I had to take a long look at my heart, my motivation, my tongue - really who I am. I didn’t like what I saw. The Holy Spirit has shown me that technique and methodology can never replace a heart and life sold out to Christ." Andy Ludlum, pastor, Waynesboro, Virginia
"It has become clear that much of the Church has lost its edge -Arrow has used God’s Word, Godly men and women, assignments and experiences to sharpen, hone, focus and refine us so we are used by God to reach our world." Paul Spate, pastor, Ponoka, Alberta
