Here are printable resources to assist you and those who host your workshops to publicize The Mentoring Connection. These files are fully customizable to fit any situation. If you need help with promotional and informational content, check out our promotional content page.

Don’t forget to have some informational/promotional materials with you at the event. Your attendees may want to pass some information along to a friend in another church or ministry.

Overview Flyer (1.96 MB)
Use this flyer that overviews the Mentoring Connection workshop. Add your contact information at the bottom. This is a great way to pass on information about the workshop to people in your network. Not exactly the content you wanted? Then use the stationary (download below) to create a custom flyer.

Stationary (7.27 MB)
Need to create custom flyers or bulletin inserts? Look no further. Use this stationary and add your own content. The possibilities are limitless…well almost limitless. There is a full page version and a half page version (2 per page). You can now insert text directly into these PDF files without the professional and expensive version of Adobe Acrobat. Print these off and distribute as needed.

Poster (31.6 MB)
These posters are a great resource! There is an 11x17 version and a 8.5x11 version. Give your host posters and help them promote the event. Is your workshop in a hard to find location? Add direction arrows and guide attendees to the event. The content is fully customizable. You can insert text directly into these PDF files without the professional and expensive version of Adobe Acrobat.

Invitation Cards (705 KB)
Perhaps you know someone who would make a good host. Why not send them a personal invitation to encourage mentoring in their context? If you have someone to host the workshop give your host these cards so they can personally invite attendees. This is a great way to generate interest and maximize response as it cuts through the feeling of not being a good mentor candidate.

You will find three versions:
1) One card version. Print, cut it out, and fold the card in half.
2) Two card version. Print, cut page in half, and fold each card in half.
3) Four card version. Print and cut page into quarters. ***Note this version does not produce folding cards.

Thank You Cards (646 MB)
The thank you cards also have multiple uses. Give them to attendees to use for thanking a mentor in their life during the workshop. Send one to your host before or after the workshop thanking them for encouraging mentoring in their context. Don’t forget that each thank you card has Mentoring Connection branding and will help to generate future interest.
