General Description(s)
Are you looking to facilitate mentoring within your church or ministry context? How does someone become a mentor or find one? Arrow Leadership has been at the forefront of the leadership mentoring initiative for the last 16 years. And now we have developed a powerful, yet straightforward resource to develop mentoring relationships in churches and ministries.

The Mentoring Connection is a dynamic new training workshop created for use in the local church. Facilitated by trained Arrow Alumni, this 3.5 hour workshop is designed to equip and encourage people in the local church to intentionally invest in others through mentoring.

In this workshop, you will explore models of mentoring and your role in this legacy ministry. A mentoring workbook is provided. Integrated into the workbook are 23 follow-through challenges to help you keep learning when the workshop is over.

What Will You Learn?

1. That God can use you to have a powerful impact in the life of another person.

2. Practical relational and mentoring skills based on Jesus' model of life and ministry.

3. Thankfulness for people God has used formally and informally as mentors in your own life.

4. What mentoring is and isn't.

5. An understanding of different styles and types of mentoring - and where you fit as a mentor.
