Context Sensitive Training
1. The training is accessible. A certified Arrow alumni trainer will bring the training to you.
2. The training schedule is flexible. Because your volunteers, staff or congregation are always busy, Arrow's Mentoring Connection training can be scheduled in a wide variety of ways:
- Sunday after church
- Sunday evenings
- Weekday evenings
- Saturday
- Preach/Teach & Train: We'll preach the Sunday
- In-Service Days: Staff development days for messages followed by an afternoon of training. teachers or ministry staff.
4. The training is highly interactive. Expect fun and Bible-based training that is immediately applicable.
5. The training is personalized. The training presentation will be focused on you and your church or ministry organization.
6. Support materials available. Posters, stationary and invitation cards are available to help you make the workshop a success. These are sent electronically as pdf files to give your event that professional look and stature.
Who Should Attend?
- The Mentoring Connection workshop can be tailored to best engage the dynamics of your group - from 3 to 300 participants.
