Context Sensitive Training

2. The training schedule is flexible. Because your volunteers, staff or congregation are always busy, Arrow's Mentoring Connection training can be scheduled in a wide variety of ways:

Sunday after church
Sunday evenings
Weekday evenings
Saturday
Preach/Teach & Train: We'll preach the Sunday
In-Service Days: Staff development days for messages followed by an afternoon of training. teachers or ministry staff.

3. The training is practical. Each participant receives a training manual that facilitates the application of the mentoring principles.

4. The training is highly interactive. Expect fun and Bible-based training that is immediately applicable.
