Alumni - Become a Certified Mentoring Connection Trainer
All trainers of The Mentoring Connection must be graduates of the Arrow Leadership Program. This is a great opportunity to intentionally multiply mentoring in the lives of others, to further utilize your teaching/facilitation gifts in your own context and broader contexts, to stay connected with Arrow in a deeper and on-going way, and more.

Workshop Overview:
The Mentoring Connection is a dynamic new training workshop created for use in the local church. Facilitated by trained Arrow Alumni, this 3.5 hour workshop is designed to equip and encourage people in the local church to intentionally invest in others through mentoring.
In this workshop, you will explore models of mentoring and your role in this legacy ministry. A mentoring workbook is provided. Integrated into the workbook are 23 follow-through challenges to help you keep learning when the workshop is over. More on The Mentoring Connection.
