Why we exist

To improve the leadership depth and excellence of organizations by identifying, networking and developing leaders to be led more by Jesus, to lead more like Jesus and ultimately to lead more to Him.

What do we do?

We take men and women on a mentoring focused leadership journey utilizing a Jesus model of small cohorts over time. Research and expertise are blended into a proven comprehensive approach. We center on each individual’s character and skill development based on a robust 360-degree assessment that is analyzed by a team of leadership experts. Leaders stay working throughout the entire process and attend residential cohort sessions for 5-day periods in a sequenced manner. We’re the place where calling and execution meet.
